After 21 years, Evans Urgent Care will be closing its doors.

We will treat our last patient on December 20th 2024.

​

All of our patients' records will be transferred to MedNow/Urgent MD.

​

Dr. Wallentine will start in MedNow on the corner of 104 N. Belair & Columbia Rd in Evans on February 3rd 2025.
